TERMS & CONDITIONS
All information available on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct and up to date. We do not, however, accept any liability for any errors or omissions; we reserve the right to change information and specifications at any time. All weights and sizes are approximate.


POSTAGE / DELIVERY
Postage is calculated by order weight determined by the e-commerce software used by modelaccessories. To ensure your parcel is protected against loss or damage we dispatch most items Recorded or Special Delivery. We use RoyalMail for all of our delievries in the UK & Royalmail Airsure outside of the UK and aim to get you items dispatched in the next working day post and in some cases the same day as ordered.

All small items are shipped in bubble wrapped bags. If you have any special requirements to help your delivery please let us know. If any product is required to be returned to us, the customer must ensure sufficient postage is paid.
Collect in person is by prior agreement only and at our discretion, all costs for collection must be met by yourself.


PAYPAL ORDERS
We will ship to the address given on your PayPal account. Please ensure your PayPal details are correct before you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details. IE; moved house, changed name etc. Your order may be delayed if the product is not in stock although we do try to keep stock levels up to date. We regret we cannot always provide delivery dates on out of stock items. The modelaccessories website will be updated to show 'available' as soon as the item arrives. In-stock orders normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Modelaccessories does not accept liability for any indirect loss or consequential loss of any data, income, profit, or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising from the use of this website or any product purchased from it. Modelaccessories will only be liable for the direct loss up to a maximum total price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.


PAYMENTS
All on-line payments are made using the tried and tested PAYPAL system. Modelaccessories accept no liability for any losses or claims arising from links to other sites or forums, or infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. You can buy instantly and securely with your credit card through the on line PAYPAL system, even if you don’t have a paypal account. NO FINANCIAL DETAILS ARE KEPT ON RECORD. Payment in cash option on check out is by prior agreement only and at our discretion.

Website exchange rates are approximate and will be updated on a regular basis. Paypal exchange rate may differ from those shown on the website. All payments via Paypal are in GBP.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact us by email or via telephone in the first instance, in case the issue can be resolved. Please ensure goods are returned in original packaging and are in original condition. We will not accept any items that have been damaged, dismantled or modified in any way by the end user, Please note: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned safely to us so we recommend sending any parcels by Royalmail recorded post (this includes up to £39 insurance) or by Special Delivery if the goods are valued between £39 and £500. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

VERY IMPORTANT: If any product is returned to us and found NOT to be defective or has been damaged as a direct result of misuse a surcharge will be incurred, as will returned postage. Goods found not to be faulty will NOT be returned to the customer until we receive the surcharge payment.

Lipo batteries cell voltages are checked before we send to you. We recorded the cell voltages on our copy of the invoice and apply a sticker to the battery with cell voltage & date of purchase. Please check your lipo cell voltages upon its arrival. Removal of the sticker will void any warranty. We will not replace batteries that have been over discharged or shorted, always balance charge your lipos. Do not leave lipos unattended whilst charging.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 You have the right to canel your order and return your item(s) within 7 days. Please ensure goods are returned in original packaging and are in original condition. We will not accept any items that have been damaged, dismantled or modified in any way by the end user, Please note: You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned safely to us, we will not be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit.


PRIVACY POLICY
Your name, address and contact details will be passed to the postal service used to deliver your goods as required. we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


ALTERATIONS TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions in the future. Any changes will be posted to the site and will take effect immediately. You should, therefore, read the terms and conditions each time you access this website.
